You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app
- Tap your photo on the Home screen to open your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You're signed out straight away.
Without the app
Email jamie@kickapp.tech from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my KICKAPP account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What's deleted
Your profile, photo, phone number, emergency contact, sign-in and notification settings. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires. Past games may still list your check-ins to the group without your profile.
